At Skim HQ – it’s a new day, a new dawn and we are feeling good 🙂 It was great to take time out at the end of last year to re-charge our creative batteries – we’ve hit the ground running in January 2026 – launching a website (& branding) for Origin 8 – adding new photographs and social media info to local business Rame Yoga – promoting popular well-being events with yoga/sauna/soup combos in Cornwall – they are certainly ‘hot right now’… in every sense… 🙂
Just before Christmas we assisted jeweller M-Jay with printed materials for her first season of maker markets a couple of different sized pop-up banners, printed tablecloth with logo and QR code and business cards – you only have one chance to make a first impression… The Christmas markets were a great success and new experience (if any of you have hosted your own stall, facing the public, you will know they are hard work!) M-jay has just released a new collection of jewellery – including new ear cuffs, necklaces and pendants in addition to her unique tactile ring creations.
Damp (a definte understatement 🙂 ) January is nearly done – yay! So upwards and onnwards with new projects; websites for composers, a nursery school, a film company and hotel are next on the cards – plus all the other graphic design work and sideline stuff which I might mention in the coming months…
